Preet Brar

CEO & Country Director, India

Preet Brar is the CEO and Country Director of Veolia India and is responsible for the management of all Veolia activities in India and Bangladesh. Her expertise in environmental infrastructure development and management combined with her strong operational and commercial acumen has led to the growth of diverse business lines including regulated industries.

Preet is a CPA (Australia) and she completed her MBA from University of South Australia in Adelaide. She is also an Advisory Board Member for Infrastructure Partnerships Australia.

She has been with Veolia for over 17 years and during her tenure, she has led both functional and operational teams, delivered strategic M&A projects and has undertaken strategy development for Veolia ANZ. She has a passion for building capability through developing talent and fostering teams. This emanates from her strong belief in the power of cultivating human capabilities to transform business performance. Before joining Veolia India, Preet was the CFO at Veolia Australia & New Zealand with revenues of $1.7B and over 4,500 employees.
